Monday & Wednesday - 5:05am-6:45am (weights)**begins 11/17**
Friday - 5:05-6:30am (swim)
Saturday - 7:05am-10:45am (7:05-9:30 swim, 9:45-10:45 weights)
Dive Practice
Monday-Thursday 3:30-5:00 p.m.
These practice times are subject to change. Any changes to the practice schedule will be communicated to the athletes by the coaches in advance.
