PARENT INFORMATION
WHAT TO EXPECT
There will be a "Call Out Meeting" after school starts. This meeting is for ANY student that wants to become a member of the CHS Swimming and Diving Team, regardless of whether they have swam/dove in the past.
There will be an announcement of the date for the meeting. It will be immediately after school. Athletes will need to come with their contact info, along with their parents' contact info (names, emails, phone numbers).
PARENT/ATHLETE MEETING
The Swimming and Diving Booster Club will hold a parent/athlete meeting in late September/early October. This is a mandatory meeting. Swimsuit sizing as well as team wear sizing will be available at this meeting only. In addition, team wear orders will be taken. Volunteer slots will be available to commit to for meets, and important information will be disseminated.
PHYSICAL
All athletes MUST have a current physical on file with the school BEFORE they can participate - which means the day BEFORE the first official seasonal practice begins. These physicals can be dropped off in the CHS Swim & Dive mailbox. Please see FORMS TAB on our website for more information.
WHERE DO WE TURN IN FORMS?
Any forms/physicals that need to be turned in should be placed in the CHS Swim & Dive mailbox located outside the double doors of the pool. It is on the left hand side of the wall and has a Castle Swim and Dive sticker on it.
COMMUNICATION
Our coaching staff will communicate directly to the athletes via the captains/senior athletes.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
We need your help! All families are required to work two regular meets and two championship meets (if we host) at a minimum. There will be many opportunities throughout the season to volunteer. During meets we need volunteers to time, to work in concessions & to provide food for hospitality. There will be other opportunities to help provide food for our team with pasta dinners and pancake breakfasts. We cannot run successful meets without our Castle Swim Dive Families! Volunteer sign ups will be located on the VOLUNTEER SIGN UP TAB on our website.
